DELIVERY

We deliver your package to your local parcel pick-up point you have chosen at checkout. Delivery takes 2-5 business days within Europe. All orders are packaged and delivered with DHL or BRING (only for Finland & Sweden) from our warehouse in Aarhus, Denmark. Extended delivery times may occur, especially with the launch of a new collection or a sales period.

It is not possible at the moment to buy or pick up items directly from our warehouse.

  

RETURNS

Returning a package to MILK Copenhagen costs 9,90€ for all EU customers. Remember to get a free receipt from the shipping company for your return, as this serves as proof of your return.

You have 100 days to return any unused item or exchange it with a new one. When receiving the item, please, check it for any damages. If the shipping box and/or content is damaged when you receive it, please report it to us immediately. If you want a refund for an item, please, fill out the return note and enclose it when you return the goods to us  (see more in FAQ regarding exchange under Returns & Refunds).

Completed and approved returns are refunded to the card you have used to purchase the items. We also cover your shipping cost, if you want to return items because of an error on our part. It is very important that you write the reason for the return in detail on the return slip. Please note that MILK Copenhagen cannot refund any bank charges.

OBS: Customers located in Finland and Sweden have to fill in their return label online and return their items to MILK Copenhagen using BRING.

▪ Print and fill out the return form with the details needed for your return; write down the order number as it appears on the delivery note you received together with your items (e.g. #2738EU)

▪ Write down the items you want to return

▪ Choose the reason why you want to return your items; if you want to exchange your items, please mention the new size or colour you want to order

▪ Put the return form in a bag together with your returning items; you can re-use the original packaging and tape it securely

▪ Visit the DHL return label site here

▪ Fill out and print out the return label

▪ Attach the return label to the front of your package

▪ You can now send the package away

▪ Enter your e-mail that you used for the purchase & the order number as it appears on the delivery note you received together with your items (e.g. #2738EU)

▪ Select the items you want to return

▪ Choose the reason why you want to return your items; if you want to exchange your items, please mention the new size or colour you want to order

▪ Select the shipping courier you will use for your return

▪ You will receive an e-mail that includes a return note and a return label which you need to print out

▪ The return note includes the details of the products you want to return and you have to put it inside the parcel together with your clothes

▪ The return label has to be attached to the front of your package

▪ Re-use our packaging and tape it securely

▪ You can now send the package away
