These terms and conditions apply when ordering items at MILK Copenhagen.com. The MILK Copenhagen webshop is owned by;

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice to you. The version of the terms that apply to your order will be shown by MILK Copenhagen.com at the time when you place your order.
If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you will not be able to shop at the webshop.
Once you place an order you will receive an order confirmation on your purchase via email. We recommend that you save this document.
You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the time you received your goods, which is detailed in the "Cancellation right" section.
Furthermore, your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods Act shortage rules, which you can read more about in the "Complaints and fault goods delivered"
We reserve the right to cancel the purchase agreement in any of the following situations without being liable for damages or other costs:
- Your payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified.
- Your order has been placed for the purpose of committing fraud etc. or committed in connection with any criminal act or other illegal activity.
- There is an unintended error on the website, eg a payment error, price error, sold out items or the like. similar.
You can only order through our online shop. We do not process orders per. by phone, e-mail or by letter.
My account. When you shop at MILK Copenhagen you have the opportunity to register as a customer. In "My Account" you can access your personal information, follow your order, change your password, etc.
- PAYMENT METHODS
You have the option of paying with Dankort, Visa, MobilePay, Visa Electron and MasterCard, EuroCard and PayPal. All payment options can be used on the webshop.
Credit card payment
If you pay by card, you will be asked to enter your personal card information.
Save payment information
When you shop at MILK Copenhagen.com and are logged in you have the opportunity to store your card information in encrypted form and thus make payment easier in the future. (However, you still need to enter the 3 verification digits at the back of your debit card with each purchase). This is chosen in connection with the payment itself. If you undo stored card information, you can contact our customer service at any time and we can help you delete it.
Payment with MobilePay
At MILK Copenhagen.com you can use MobilePay as a payment method. There is no charge for payment with MobilePay. Note that you must have enabled e-commerce in your MobilePay app to use MobilePay.
Payment with PayPal
We offer the option of paying with PayPal. PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly at online stores. Your bank or credit card information is only stored on PayPal. Therefore, they will not be sent to the Internet again with every online purchase.
- PRICES AND DELIVERY
At MILK Copenhagen.com all the listed prices of goods, shipping costs and other costs, including taxes, VAT and taxes.
Note that the price of a style can vary from color to color during sales and promotions.

The prices of the webshop vary according to the country of your delivery address. You can change your choice of country on the page. Please note that the change of country may have an impact on price / currency and shipping costs. You can only make a purchase in the country where you registered with your address.
Items ordered at MILK Copenhagen.com are delivered to addresses in Denmark and the EU, with the exception of Greenland and the Faroe Islands. Time of delivery may vary.
We deliver to private addresses, business addresses or BRING Delivery Sites. Goods must be acknowledged upon receipt / pickup. The receipt is made by yourself or other persons at the delivery address with binding effect for you. Please note that you carry the risk of the item after delivery.
Once you receive the package, you should check the items. If the packaging and contents of the package are damaged, you must refuse to receive the package and at the same time make a complaint to the shipping company / delivery point / Package Shop. Please contact our customer service for further details.

When you shop at MILK Copenhagen.com you can freely choose to have your items delivered with BRING. All items are sent as a parcel post and you therefore have the opportunity to follow your parcel via track & trace from the shipment until it is delivered. If you want to return an item, you have 14 days right of cancellation at MILK Copenhagen from the day you receive the item. You can undo the purchase by simply returning the item within 14 days.You can also choose to use our cancellation form. If this is used, we confirm by email with confirmation and the item must reach us within 14 days of receipt of this confirmation.Note: You cannot exercise the right of cancellation simply by refusing to receive the item or failing to pick it up.
We always return your money to the same payment method with which you paid your goods. The money will be returned within 14 days of the day you submitted your cancellation form.
It may be that we withhold the amount until we have received the goods or you have sent proof of shipment of the goods - whichever occurs first.
The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the way it works.
We estimate the value based on a specific assessment of the returned item(s).
You pay for the freight costs associated with returning the goods. You can choose to use MILK Copenhagen's return label which you find included in your shipment.
Note: You are responsible for any damage that may occur during transport. Your claim for repayment does not include any fees for using credit cards or other means of payment that we have paid to the redemption. Likewise, you do not have a claim for reimbursement of delivery costs by partially canceling your purchase.
Here's how you do it
- Wrap the returned goods securely. You can use the shipping box that you receive your items in. With this option, we save you from having to invest in expensive returnable packaging - to benefit both you and the environment.
- Fill out the return form attached to your order. If you have lost this, you can print a new one from the website at any time.
- Use the return label that was included in your package.
- Hand in the return package at your nearest BRING Delivery locations - as soon as possible and within 14 days.
Please note that you are responsible for the package (s) until we receive them. So, keep the receipt of the delivery as well as any. track & trace number.
There is no warranty on a free product, and we will not receive returns of these products or offer any kind of exchange.
There is no right of complaint about a free product, so we do not offer any kind of exchange.
If you return your entire order, the free product must also be sent with return. If you choose to keep the free product, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift / product in the refunded amount.
If only part of the order is returned and the order value is reduced, we reserve the right to deduct the difference between the value of the selected free product and the applicable free product you are entitled to after returning.
Please note that free product does not apply to additional order.
- COMPLAINT AND DELIVERY ERRORS
At MILK Copenhagen, quality is the focus, but if you unexpectedly experience errors in a product, your purchase is covered by the Purchasing Act, including the defect rules, and you have 24 months warranty on all goods.
You must advertise within "reasonable" time after you have discovered any errors in the item. We recommend claiming warranty as soon as possible.
Although we at MILK Copenhagen have made a great effort to specify colors and qualities as accurately as possible, the colors and screen resolution of computers can vary. Minor color deviations are therefore not considered to be a deficiency in the Sale of Goods Act sense.
Here's how you do it
If a product is damaged or defective, you can make a complaint. Please note that you can contact us directly by mail or phone. That way, we can offer a solution to the problem as soon as possible based on your information.
Fill out the return slip, pack the item securely and return the item as soon as possible. Deliver the return package at the nearest Delivery Point / Package Shop.
Please note that you are responsible for the package (s) until we receive them. Therefore, save mail receipt as well as any. track & trace number.
If you experience that you have received a wrong item, simply return the item to us and we will ship a new item to you. If the item is sold out, we will refund the full amount to you. Of course, in the case of faulty goods, the return shipment is also free of charge for you, and you simply follow the same procedure as for the return.
We have the right to transfer our rights and obligations under the agreement entered into with you to third parties. We will notify you of any transfer. By shopping at MILK Copenhagen you consent to any such future transfer.
If you reside in a country other than Denmark, please contact your national consumer complaint board.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any agreement made between us subject to these terms and conditions are subject to Danish law. Any dispute is settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
