Returning a package to MILK Copenhagen costs 8€ for all EU customers. Remember to get a free receipt from the shipping company for your return, as this serves as proof of your return.
You can print a new return note and enclose it in the parcel. Just follow the instructions on the note and make sure you have written down your order number. We need your order details in order to process your return. Once you have filled out the return note, put it in the parcel with the item, you’d like to return.

Yes you can. If you wish to exhange a product to a new size or color – please give a notice on the return paper given in your package and fill it out. Then put the return paper in the package and return the product.

Your refund will still go back onto the card details used on your order as long as the card account is still open.
When a card is lost, stolen or cancelled, we can still refund that card. We cannot refund your order to a different card.
Do you want to return a gift bought from our online shop? We accept all return items, as long as you follow our regular return procedure. Make sure you have the receipt and the order number.
Return label is provided by us and it is sent along with your parcel. The recipient needs to find the shipment number on the return parcel card. After that he/she goes to the page my.smartpost.ee, or any Itella websites and select "Return" from the menu. Follow the steps provided by webpage to return the package. A PIN code is provided (via email or via sms) and the same one will be needed at the locker to return the parcel
On the webpage it will be showed also the validity of the PIN code (after it expires, a new PIN code must be generated)
At the parcel machine, the recipient selects "Send parcel" → "Send with door code" as the sending method on the screen, enters the PIN code and the box opens (there is no option to return parcels at the parcelshop)
Return instructions for recipients are only available in local languages on Itella websites.
When returning a parcel from Finland you have to deliver your return parcel at an Finnish Posti’s office.

Shipping costs 8€ for standard parcel shop delivery within the EU. Unfortunately, we do not offer home delivery at the moment.

We can deliver to your permanent residential address or to your work address. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to make sure that someone will be there to receive the goods and sign off when our delivery partner will deliver to your workplace.
We ship your order as quickly as we can. For international delivery expect 3-5 business days. During busy times, the delivery may be longer than normal.
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
In a few cases, customers may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
MILK Copenhagen has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary.

1. Some of your items may have been sent in separate parcels.
