Return of goods

We want you to be happy with all your MILK Copenhagen clothes. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you can always return it. You have a 30 day return policy.

The clothing must be returned in a clean, unused condition and still with all tags on the clothing. Of course, all defective items can be returned and refunded. If a returned item is used, damaged, dirty or otherwise not in a condition where it is suitable for resale, it will not be refunded.

Please notice! We deduct 8 euros from your return + it costs 8 euros to send an item back
If you have regretted a purchase, we will refund the amount for the clothes sent. If you use the attached return label, 8 euro will be deducted from the postage. If a return label from us is not used, you pay for the freight yourself and no return freight will of course be charged.

It takes approx. 3-7 working days to receive and process a return package. Subject to busy periods, we point out that longer processing times may occur.
