Can I trust that my personal data will be treated confidentially by MILK Copenhagen?

Yes. At MILK COPENHAGEN we comply with the applicable data protection regulations and legal requirements. We use your data only for the processing of orders and for the improvement of our service. We will never give them to third parties without your consent.

For additional security of your data, we use the SSL procedure. It encrypts your personal information, which you send to us so that third parties can not see it.

What information do I have to give if I pay with payment cards in the webshop?

All we need is the standard information on the payment card you are using. Name, address and phone number of the cardholder as well as the 16-digit card number, the expiration date and the control code.

What safety standards does MILK Copenhagen use?

At MILK COPENHAGEN we guarantee security when you pay with payment cards. Security systems on the internet are incredibly sophisticated today, and it is very rare for fraud to be reported over the Internet.
We use Bambora to process the payment. Payment by credit card at MILK COPENHAGEN are therefore very safe and approved.

How do I know that my order has been received?

When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes in the e-mail address you provided.
We recommend that you print the order confirmation. Save your order confirmation as this is your written guarantee for your purchase from us.
NB. It is important that you enter your e-mail address correctly - otherwise, the system will not send you an order confirmation.
You will also be informed that your order has arrived.

Can I cancel a purchase?

Yes, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Put the items, the completed return note, and the original invoice in the package and stick the enclosed return label on the package. The return shipment is free of charge.

Once we have received the item, we transfer the amount of the item price to the payment card used to pay for the order. See our exchange rules under return for more information.

How are my items delivered?

At MILK COPENHAGEN we work together with the delivery service DHL and deliver directly to your doorstep. As soon as an item leaves our warehouse, we send you a tracking number that will allow you to follow the progress online.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, you can then collect the item from the post office.

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

You pay a shipping fee of € 7,90 for the delivery.

How long is the delivery time?

At MILK COPENHAGEN we strive to deliver all goods in stock within 4-7 business days to the customer.

With the introduction of a new collection, or in similar situations, there may be longer delivery time.

On the website, we continuously update the delivery status.

 

Do you deliver abroad?

Currently, we ship to the European Union.

Unfortunately, there is no shipping to Greenland and the Faroe Islands at the moment.

Why can't I choose the size or colour of a selected item?

The item is sold out or temporarily out of stock. By blocking the selection of colours and sizes, we make sure you can not order items, which are not available.

Are the items in my cart reserved for me?

The items you have added to your shopping cart will be reserved for you upon receipt of payment. This means that other customers can purchase those items before we receive your payment.
