We can deliver to your permanent residential address or to your work address. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to make sure that someone will be there to receive the goods and sign off when our delivery partner will deliver to your workplace.
If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you can follow it on its journey to you. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order has left our warehouse. Just click on your tracking link in the email to view the up to date tracking.
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
In a few cases, customers may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
MILK Copenhagen has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary.

We ship your order as quickly as we can. For international delivery it’s usually 7 days. During busy times, the delivery may be longer than normal. Your estimated delivery date is in your order confirmation email.
If your order hasn't arrived by the delivery date in your confirmation email, please, get in touch with our customer service so we can help you.

An email confirmation by MILK Copenhagen will be sent to your email address to let you know about your order details. It's also always worth checking your junk mail as our emails may be routed there automatically.

When you get to pay for your order, you'll be charged in the currency you have selected.

If your payment has been declined, then you'll need to place your order again. We're not able to retrieve an order once the payment has been declined. To help ensure your order is not declined when placing a new order, we suggest checking the following:
1. Check that your card details are correct.
2. Make sure you enter the security code correctly- that's the three digit number on the back of your card.
3. Your card issuer may have declined your payment - it's best to contact your bank.

We are sorry if you have been charged more than you were expecting for your order. We charge you in the currency that is selected at the checkout when you place your order. If your local currency is different to the currency you selected at the checkout then your bank will convert the amount using their exchange rate.

Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with all your MILK Copenhagen clothes. If you're not fully satisfied we have made it easy to return one or more items. You always have 30 days to return the clothes, and we’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay.
Return item might take up to 14 working days.
We ask that you return the clothes in a clean, unworn condition and with all their tags still attached. Naturally, any faulty item can be returned and refunded. If a returned item is used, damaged, soiled or in any other way not in a condition suitable for resale, it will not be refunded.

Returning an item is a little different due to customs. Luckily it’s still very simple. Just click on the DHL link below, get a return note and follow the instructions.
It costs 39 DKK to return a parcel to MILK Copenhagen within Denmark and 7,90€ for EU customers. Remember to get a free receipt from the shipping service for your return since it serves as proof of your return.
Can’t find your returns note? Don’t worry. You can print a new return note and enclose it in the parcel. Just follow the instructions on the note and make sure you have written down your order number. We need your order details in order to process your return. Once you have filled out the return note, put it in the parcel with the item, you’d like to return.
Normally we do not refund the delivery charges on returned items.

We offer an exchange to different colour or size If the item is in stock. Just fill in your return form and put it in the parcel with the items you want to exchange. Be sure to note, which items you are returning, and be sure that your order number is on the return note.
You can return your parcel using any postal service.
Returns might take up to 14 working days before we receive them. Once we received your return item, we’ll send you an email confirming the exchanged items. You can expect the exchange item delivery in 7-14 days.
Your refund will still go back onto the card details used on your order as long as the card account is still open.
When a card is lost, stolen or cancelled, we can still refund that card. We cannot refund your order to a different card.
Returns might take up to 14 working days before we receive them. As soon as we have received your return item, we’ll send you an email. If you have trouble finding the email, it might have got stuck in your spam folder.

If we receive your return item within 30 days, we will give you a full refund.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. If you have not received a refund within 14 working days, please get in touch with our customer service.
Do you want to return a gift bought from our online shop? We accept all return items, as long as you follow our regular return procedure. Make sure you have the receipt and the order number. If you don’t have a return label, you can print one here.

We are doing our best to get your favorites back in stock. If an item is sold out, you will soon have the option of receiving an email when it comes back in stock. We don't gift-wrap, so you’re parcel will arrive like a normal order. But to be fair, the parcels look pretty good. You also might want to give the lucky person a warning so they know to expect a parcel.
