Measure the slimmest part of the waist.

D// INSIDE LEG:
Measure from top of inside leg at the crotch to the ankle.

E// ARM:
Measure from shoulder tip to cuff with a gentle bend in the arm.

F// HEIGHT:
Measure from top of the head and to the heel.
